Clear2Deploy - Deployment Medical Prescreening

Using the Clear2Deploy service, Access One can identify conditions that are non-deployable prior to your contractors’ arrival at Fort Bliss. We accomplish this in a two-step process. The first step is for the contractor to complete an online health questionnaire. This questionnaire can determine most conditions that can result in a “No Go” status. The second step is sending the contractor an order requisition they then take to any of their local Labcorp or Quest facilities nationwide to have their lab samples collected. There is no out of pocket expense to the contractor, and the results come directly to Access One typically the next day.

checkmark2Once we have the lab results, they are reviewed along with the health questionnaire to determine if there are any issues that may arise during the CRC medical process. We can then either work on those issues if possible, or inform you that the employee will not be able to deploy at this time. There is no extra charge for this service. The fee is exactly the same as if they had the labs performed at our clinic.

After the contractor is cleared and arrives in El Paso, our facility will complete their medical requirements of immunizations, audio, physical, and even dental if they require it. This can be done on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If they are a late arrival, we can also do it on Monday after the initial medical assessment at Fort Bliss. CRC simply marks the items they are still missing on Monday morning and we complete them the same day with no delay.

There are several cost benefits to using our Clear2Deploy service:

  1. No wasted airfare for contractors who have been listed as a “No Go” status and sent home since medical issues were identified in advance.
  2. No unnecessary vaccination costs. The most expensive part of medical is vaccinations. Contractors will only receive vaccinations once there are no disqualifying issues found and upon arrival to CRC at Fort Bliss. Usually if you send your contractor to other medical facilities, they will get all services completed even if they are not fit for deployment.
  3. No extra medical fees. Working with Fort Bliss everyday allows Access One to maintain awareness of changes or additions to medical requirements.  We provide only services that are required and thoroughly screen each individual’s records to avoid giving any services that are not absolutely necessary for deployment.
  4. Pre-screenings. All screening services are free of charge, and the costs of labs are the same as those charged when contractors have services performed on site.
